A lot of the apps and platforms we use in daily work activities in the cloud. It means that you can access most of them with Outlook and Gmail accounts and change between them very easily. There are lots of advantages when you work directly online and Microsoft and Google offer numerous platforms to complete several tasks in just a few seconds.
For example, the email service with an Outlook or Gmail account lets you send multimedia files and texts for personal or business purposes. And you can even switch between both accounts on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. In case you use more than one e-mail account, you will be able to alternate between them in an instant.
Separate your personal and professional life with a Gmail or Outlook account
Imagine you want to switch from a Gmail account to an Outlook account. In the past you had to do it manually and it could take some minutes. But now Microsoft and Google offer you a fast way to alternate between the different accounts.
Google developed the new feature and Microsoft integrated the same functionality a little time later. Both methods are very similar. You won’t need anything else than your Outlook or Gmail account. If you have already authenticated the account, you will see the correct screen with your user credentials active.
Then you need to press on the profile screen. In both e-mail platforms the image can be found on the upper right corner. The Microsoft option also shows you a blue link that indicates “Login with a different account”.
If you use Gmail from Google, you will see a link indicating “Add another e-mail account”. The next step is similar in both platforms. Login the account you want to link and introduce the credentials for a correct identification from the online service.
